[Treo] Alarms for Memos?

Is there an add-in to let you set an alarm for your memos?  I have 
BugMe & a few other program you can write on the screen with but I 
would prefer to use the keypad on my Treo.  It's easier reading than 
something I've scribbled.  Any suggestions?
