holding down the 4th (home) button is reserved for the "recent apps list" when
held down, Butler allows you to have "Option + home button" be assigned to a
app like you wish to do. Ludasp (spelled wrong) I believe does a similar
assignment.

Thanks,
I'll see you on the web!

Subject: [Treo] Button Hack desired
To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]: [email protected]

I'd like to be able to do other things with my 4 Hardware Buttons.
Specifically, I'd like to be able to hold down the 4th button and have it
launch the built-in launcher, allowing me to launch Initiate with a single
 keypress of that key.

I used to use TealLaunch to do things like this on my Tungsten C. But a recent
attempt to run TealLaunch on my Verizon Treo 700p 1.10 caused a reset, with
ResetDoctor telling me it was caused by a compatibility issue.

Anyone out there using a button hack successfully with their 700p?
