You know, there are so many things wrong with Palm, it is no wonder so many competitors have emerged. I think Palm has one thing going for it - the existing software base. Other than that - it is slow, syncs are stupid, no multi tasking (nothing heavy - just let me switch apps and then return to a downloaded page!), heaven help you if you try to collect your email when a connection is not available, no way to cancel and it doesn't have the good sense to stop trying, etc, etc. I once had a Nokia Communicator - heavy as heck - tore holes in my pocket - but Symbian was a great operating system. If Palm were is good as that, I would ask for nothing more! Victor
