It could survive by providing a 3G Treo with Windows Mobile 6, touch screen, 320x240 or even 320x320 screen, 128 Mb of RAM or more, BT 2.0 (the Treo 500 already has it), good battery life and Wi-Fi (yes, it's time! B at least, since Palm is always one step behind). Then another device that improves on those features 6 to 8 months later. Current PalmOS could be used in thin, light and very cheap (and capable) smartphones, to fill the low-budget market. I believe such a strategy would buy Palm some time. []s Sandro Campos Mancini
