Friends, For the past few weeks, I have been having the oddest crashes. None are a problem, thanks to good utilities, but something is just wrong. Do any of you have any ideas what might be doing this?
Specifically, if I sync my 700p to the computer (Thinkpad) on XP Pro, and then do almost anything else that requires much memory, Reset Doctor flushes the cache. Sometimes, the system catches on VolumeCare and dumps to reset. Only after a sync, not any other time. I have locked all the usual suspects, and have adjusted my cache flush level to 8M. I run DateBk6 and Snapper most of the time. For utilities, I have RLock, Butler, CityID, Initiate, Powerhero, and of course VolumeCare all running. I use Show Off periodically, but that does not seem to correspond to cache flushes or resets. Anyone got any suggestions as to what might be doing this for me, or what diagnostics to try that I have forgotten? Thank you greatly! Peter "The future is not something we enter.
