Yes, it is an exe file because it also has a conduit that sync the app stats to the PC for use with Excel and other database apps.
I emailed the file PRC to your email, maybe you can post it to the files area if you are near a PC. You can also just use the standalone Palm app and export the stats to a Memo. The app was released in 2003, so it is missing 5-way support. No use as a Ref Panel does not work, so don't try it. The Pie chart view crashed my 755p, so it may not work on some Treo, but the data collection and export to Memo work fine. You can even assign a password, so the preferences cannot be changed without the password. The app is not Freeware and I am not sure what the demo period is (10 - 30 days maybe), but for the purpose of this non-scientific study we are doing, it will allow us enough time to show what apps we are using.
