You're forgetting the built-in image viewer, the built-in unZIP utility, the video and audio player called Windows Media Player, a few games, a Sound Recorder, the rudimentary text editor called Wordpad (?), the Outlook Express mail client, the IM client we now call Windows Live Messenger (the bundled version is Windows Messenger, which was then renamed to MSN Messenger and now again), the built-in HD scan tool, the built-in HD defragmenting tool, the built-in software firewall, the Hyperterminal terminal client, just to name those that come to mind...
