Palm's standard conduit to sync with Outlook are, to say the least, buggy.
Personally I use Intellisync but that is mainly because I used it in the
past to sync with Lotus Notes. It can also handle Outlook so when my
employer moved everything to that platform, I sticked with Intellisync. It
can handle whatever I throw at it perfectly (events spanning midnight,
various forms of repeats with or without exceptions, notes, contacts with
all their fields, ...).

Have a look at Chapura's PocketMirror, it should cover all of your Outlook
syncing needs.

Greetz,
Nico.
