I prefer the straight keyboard. I tend to type with my thumb as I hold the device in the palm of my hand - difficult on the 700, but easily done (for me, at least) on the Centro. I remember back with my 600 (or was it the 270...or maybe both), I would type with the flat end of the stylus. Unfortunately, the current styli are rather pointed so that they can "hide."
