I found a leather case that fits my 755p very well and it has all the features I was looking for. I got it at WalMart and its by Bytech Wireless Accessories, its a leather case with swivel clip and magnetic closure, I think I paid around $17 for it. This style came in a three different sizes and I think the smaller one would probably be a good fit for the Centro (I used the medium size for my 755p).
