We've discussed before how cellphones allow tracking, how and with whom companies share your location, how hard or easy it is, and under what circumstances it could be done. Here's an example of how it was done fairly quickly and easily.
http://www.wftv.com/news/14424275/detail.html CINCINNATI -- A domestic violence and kidnapping suspect wasn't able to hide from police in a tree, thanks to his cell phone. Police said Luis "Tony" Gonzales tried to kidnap his ex-girlfriend at knifepoint at her workplace in Green Township just after 8 a.m. Officers said that after he forced the woman into her car, the car began to roll backward through the parking lot and down a hill, then crashed at the bottom. When officers arrived, they said, Gonzales had fled the scene. But his ex-girlfriend had his cell phone number, which she gave to police, WLWT-TV in Cincinnati reported. Officers were able to track Gonzales using the GPS signal from his phone, and the Hamilton County sheriff's helicopter found him 30 feet up a tree, the television station reported. After an hour of negotiation, Gonzales surrendered to police. -- After the last 20 years, is it so hard to believe that our Constitution is dead? NO MORE BUSHES! NO MORE CLINTONS!
