I use splash money, but mainly as a tabulator for money I spend.  I don't
use the budget/accn't balancing capabilities.  I find splash money to be
good at what it does and it syncs well.  You will need an app that has both
desktop & treo data entry capabilities (entering large data in the treo is a
pain).
