I went to the listed site, and read the whole page, went and read the 
actual warranty, and the only items with 90 day warranties were 
refurbs.  All new items were 1 year.  Doesn't seem so unreasonable to 
me.  What happened to you sucks, but I find it difficult to place all 
the blame on Palm.
