Do you have a good backup?  If so, hard reset the device
to clear everything out, and see if the loop still happens.
If not, then you likely had a software conflict.  Restore
the device from the backup and see if the loop comes back.
If so, then it's definitely a software conflict.  At that
point, you would have to hard reset to clear everything
out again.  Then reinstall applications one at a time to
find the conflict.
