If cache is "too big" then clearing cache takes forever (making for a bad experience). If cache is "too small" then you end up with Blazer being flaky (locking up, etc.). I tend to use 1MB as my cache size and clear the cache whenever any weirdness starts...Blazer is generally well-behaved with that regimen.
