Worked fine on 755p and Centro but then time is received  from Sprint.

I suspect it's still a lingering result of north America changing the 
 traditional dates of the change. I woke up this morning and found my 
 Treo had also not changed. I went to Preferences, Time/Date, and as soon 
 as I did that, the time appeared correctly. <sigh>
