PalmOS has no memory protection. So any application can plunder all over the memory of another application. This is typically the reason for spontaneous resets. Your resets could be caused by nearly anything on the device, even the devices own built-in programs in ROM.
I have a program called "Crash Pro" on my Sprint Treo 700p which at least attempts to try to record what it thinks is the reason for crashes. Though, it doesn't catch all of them. --- Mike .....
