It has for me with a couple off Astraware games. I have resolved this the following way.
The Centro has a feature, that we as Treo owners have to buy Bulter to get, which gives you global access to the Phone app's favorites. I have a favorite for the "application" program with the quick key "H". When I get "stuck" in an app, I press and hold the "H" key to launch the application launcher. Thanks, I'll see you on the web!
