It also works on your home Wi-Fi network, but it seems just to be able to copy pictures (jpgs) from the card to your PC or the web site you decide, and the price looks like about $100 for the 2GB card. So nice as a gift, maybe, to your grandmom, so her pictures go from her camera to a website without any work, but not a w-fi accessory like you were originally asking about.
