In your Palm Desktop, the photos should all appear in the "Media" section. Along the left side of the Palm Desktop, there is a blue bar containing (from top to bottom) Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Memo, MEDIA, Quick Install, and VersaMail.
If you open Media, it will display all the photos both from the Palm's memory and from the SD card. You can choose to view only the Palm ones, only the SD ones, or "all".
