Probably this doesn't apply, but ...
Your Palm Prefs are set to regular time, right?
BTW (and this is just a picky thing, not meant to be hypercritical) it's
not really military time, except in the U.S. Virtually the rest of the
world uses 24-hour time.
I wish we all did, but that's just a nonsensical preference gained from
years in -- the military. It makes little difference in the Big World.
