It's a virtual machine (VM) emulator. Installed it on my N800 and when run it gives you a bare bones palm gui with calc, datebook, address, memopad. Haven't tried installing anything else yet, but it works. Time limited to May or something of next yr.
It's like of handy as the Nokia tablet series lacks serious PDA applications.
