Resco is a bit better in my opinion since it allows for 'projects' to be setup. But, if your device is NVFS based (starting as of 650 it will be), also take a look at NVBackup. Freeware and in some cases better for restoring then the two others I mentioned before (read: it saved my bacon already on occassions where the two others failed for one reason or the other). On my 680 I run 2 applications in parallel (currently BackupMan and NVBackup), each of them having at least a 5 sets in their cycle, BackupMan also making differentials after each hotsync.
