Most likely, this is due to the format that the message is _sent_ to you in. If the sender has a program which sends messages in a non-standard format, you may encounter this issue. Lots of webmail systems have issues forwarding HTML and rich text messages as well. There's no way for the recipient, you, to control how the message is sent to you. As such, you'll just have to deal with it unless enhancements are made to the Email program you are using to compensate for it.
