[Treo] TCPMP & pTunes Problem

Help!  Everytime I try to open TCPMP or pTunes, my Treo 755p reboots.  
Is it having trouble getting files from the card?  This never happened 
before.  I recently transferred my pictures from internal memory to the 
SD card.  Could that be it?  Any suggestions?  Thanks!
