Once again ... Unless you are 100% sure that you have no PalmOS enhancement programs (formerly called "hacks" on PalmOS4) or programs running in the background on your device, then the method you specify is _not_ a reliable method for finding the source of the crash. That dial sequence in the Phone screen only shows you the name of the foreground application that was running at the time of the crash. If a background program or PalmOS enhancement misbehaved and actually caused the crash, this Phone screen method _will not_ show that.
