I think the Centro and the 755 have the same memory, but I wouldn't swear to that!
I own both and find them both excellent. The Treo has a larger (but not higher res) screen, and an arguably better keyboard (though I find the Centro keyboard to be just fine). The Centro has some minor improvements in some areas, such as additional background operations in Versamail when fetching email from Exchange.
