Check the date of the reset msg that ##377# shows, it may be an old msg that is not being updated - not all resets record a code.
If the date is updated with current time and date, then you may want to see if another app is set to update at the same time the backup occurs: Resco News, email downloading, weather updating, etc. Thanks, I'll see you on the web!
