I sent them an E-mail complaining about the situtation I'm in, not being able to buy software from them, since I don't want to split my orders between two accounts nor create a second PocketGear account with the same E-mail if my PalmGear accoutn with that E-mail is going to be migrated (hell may break loose). I then receive the "canned" response below. I then did the sensible thing... bought Keylink from Handango, same 20% discount, already input the registration code and Keylink no longer nags me. :-) []s it's the customer, stupid!
