Tried to login with my PalmGear account, as the site sad I could, no luck.

I sent them an E-mail complaining about the situtation I'm in, not being able 
to buy software from them, since I don't want to split my orders between two 
accounts nor create a second PocketGear account with the same E-mail if my 
PalmGear accoutn with that E-mail is going to be migrated (hell may break 
loose).

I then receive the "canned" response below.

I then did the sensible thing... bought Keylink from Handango, same 20% 
discount, already input the registration code and Keylink no longer nags me. :-)

[]s it's the customer, stupid!

PS: To get the 20% discount in Handango, click the 10% discount banner and 
E-mail yourself (your best friend ;-) ) the promotional E-mail about the 
discount, you then get a generated code for a 20% discount.

been transitioned to PocketGear.com.  A number of PalmGear accounts did not 
make the transition.  If you are unable to sign into PocketGear.com using your 
PalmGear login information, you will have to register a new account at 
PocketGear.com to continue purchasing.

You can still access your PalmGear account, and past orders, by going to the

Once you have signed into your PalmGear account, you will need to click on the 
"Order History" link to access your old orders.

The above link is available at PocketGear.com as well.  To access it, you will 
need to sign into your PocketGear.com account (your PalmGear login information

PocketGear.)  Once you have signed into your PocketGear account 
(https://www.pocketgear.com/en_US/html/login.jsp) you will then need to click 
on the "View Past Purchases" button.  On the next page you will see a "Log in 
to your classic PalmGear Locker" link.

I am a PalmGear customer, login "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". There is no PalmGear 
anymore, just PocketGear, and our accounts are supposedly migrated. I want to 
buy a Palm software (Tapsmart Keylink) but can't because it says it can't 
locate my login. I would like to kindly ask that this matter with my account be 
resolved in a few days if possible, so that I may buy the software before the 
trial ends, because I will be traveling on vacation soon and would like to buy 
the software before that and in order to use the 20% discount PocketGear is
