Good news (sorta). The bizarre power drain I've been experiencing has nothing to do with Butler. Better news, it's not something that will happen to everyone and seems to be totally Centro specific.
When the Centro ends a call, it powers down in 10 seconds unless a key is pressed. It's a power saving feature of the Centro and I like it. Evidently there are some things the Centro does to save power (like that) that aren't done in the 680, which means that anything that disrupts the normal power use of the Centro can cause a loss of power. I actually (by sheer luck and perseverity) connected my particular issue with a new feature of Lightwav that allows you to choose a disconnect sound. Using this feature prevents the Centro from turning off immediately after a call. Not using this feature - no problem. No battery drain. Dunno if there's a fix, but it's hardly a necessary feature. Just thought I'd let y'all know! Alli
