Ok, I want to make sure I have this right. He gets frustrated fairly easily and it's a wonder we ever got him hooked on a Palm AND eventually a Treo in the first place.
Ok, so "Richard 2"=copied contacts but not calendar entries from Richard Beeman. "Richard Beeman"=all contacts and calendar entries that he wants to have on his 680 So, i find the "Richard 2" data backup folder and rename it "Richard Beeman" AND hard reset the 680 and give it the username of "Richard Beeman"?
