New update:
Nico - I did do the same thing while formatting. Roger - I did the spring clean. Infect now whenever I do a hard reset I always go one at a time and in set order. I don't use datebk6. I also rename the backup folder. The chatter is not really the problem. I learn that gmail is the problem. All my other pop, imap accounts are going fine. Only gmail under any situation, that is, default profile under pop or imap and generic profile under pop or imap chatter crashes. As I was typing this mail I tried again, but not good enough. I think earlier chatter was stable with gmail. Question - When a program is installed in device or memory, does it have any other file than the *.prc or the program file?
