In Lightwave, the difference between a "known" and "unknown" caller is if it has a caller-id, not if it's in the contact list or not. Deal killer. Then when I used the included Lightwave uninstaller, all that did was remove the launcher icons, the damn files were still installed. In mRing, I ignored a call, and then couldn't get it to do anything other than show the accept/ignore screen. The only button that worked is the power button. I had to pull the battery to reset my Treo to get anything to work. Deal killer.
