The original post was referring to the Contacts app. Pull up a contact that has an address assigned and a "Map" icon shows at the bottom of the selected contact. It will not display the "Map" icon when the contact does not have an address assigned. This feature is nice when you are finished with a call, you can hit the "Map" icon and get directions to the contact without having to open Goggle Maps first and "menu+L" to pull up the address.
