When this happens to me, it's almost always Docs To Go's fault. I use their DataViz Tech tool to move all the DTG apps from the card to RAM, and then use it to move them all back to the card (just to make sure all the components are where they should be and no duplicates/mismatches) and that fixes my end-of-hotsync-resets 99% of the time.
