I believe it comes with version 10.0.0.0 in ROM, so if you have any
prior version, it probably got installed when you upgraded but didn't do
spring cleaning beforehand. You need to get rid of the older version.
There are many prior posts that deal with how to do this, but generally
one would sync, rename the "backup" folder (where this is depends on
what version of the Palm Desktop you have/had installed), hard reset the
Centro, then sync again. After that, you can go to the backup folder
and restore (by double clicking, usually) on any files/programs you
still need, being careful to install only versions of programs that are
the most current and support the device you're using. Version 7 is
awfully old, and if you have other programs of that vintage, you may
need to upgrade them as well. For D2G, there is an upgrade to version
10.0.0.2, which is free, that supports Office 2007 if that's important
to you.

Cheers,
Don

Anyone with a centro, what version came with yours? Mine is version 7
and doesn't work at
all. According to datavis web site, should have came with version 10.
Not sure who to
contact, palm or sprint.
