Seriously, though - nobody would argue that Chatter has no bugs (at
least I wouldn't). And since the developer went to work for Palm,
almost all changes/fixes to Chatter have stopped, which is really too
bad. I had hoped to get better Outlook integration in Chatter (since
VersaMail doesn't work well for me at all).
But these bugs don't show up for everybody, which means that they're not
simple to find or fix. Even though they may be Chatter bugs, they are
somehow triggered by the way the individuals are using it, or by other
software running on the treo. I know that doesn't make it any easier to
use when it crashes your phone, but that's the fact.
So as with any software, if the positives outweigh the negatives for
you, then you should use Chatter. If not, use something else.
