You can do online or phone. Phone will get you a better selection of
phones.

Customer Support: You are technically a business customer now, so they
will treat you like GOLD. Hardware Replacements over the phone, Tier
2 support, etc. No hold time, no outsourcing.

You get the same replacement service as the store, but there are
different tiers depending on how much you pay.

I think ESRP is $4, and TEP is $7.

ESRP covers your phone for defects for the life of your phone, beyond
the manufactures warranty. If it acts up, you get a new phone if they
can't fix it. And you usually get the latest model. For treos, i
think this is a must. Let's face it, they have problems.

TEP = 3rd party insurance = if it's lost, stolen, dropped, water, etc.

$50 deductible for a new phone. Sometimes, you get a better phone /
latest model depending on the inventory. Now, they are replacing any
Treos with 755Ps (if you had the palm), or 700w if you have WinMob.
