I'm afraid I'm so new to the Treo thing that I have no idea what file ext go with what program. I know that I d/l and installed ereader on my treo, and tried to put a book on my card, and it wouldn't go. It said there was no program to use for it. Now, I can just stick the card in the card reader and drag the book on it, but I'm not sure if the book I got will work on ereader. -------Original Message------- From: john.messeder Date: 1/15/2008 5:43:40 PM To: Group.Treo Subject: [Treo] eBook players Maybe there's another list I should join, but I'll start here. I went looking for "Omnivore's Dilemma, by Michael Pollan, in an eBook and found out there are several outlets that will sell me a whole new reader. I have eReader Pro and Docs2Go on my Treo. I guess I'd not mind terribly adding software to the Treo to account for other formats, but I'm loath to buy new hardware. If I need to have a new chunk of something in my hand -- I already have the book. So I'm looking for some suggestions on the best readers in general, and I'm looking for "Omnivore's Dilemma" in particular, in any format that works on the Treo, the PC and, preferably, both. -- /Thirty-five million deaths leave an empty place at only one family table. / (News commentator Eric Sevareid in a radio essay on the 25th anniversary of the start of World War Two. 8/31/64) Yahoo!
