Weird behavior. There is no conduit for Versamail in the version of the Desktop that works with Vista. I suppose if there IS a limit in Versamail about how many accounts you can create/delete (very strange, if true), you could do the "rename the backup file and hard reset", followed by restoring the files from the Backup folder that you need, skipping the Versamail files. No idea how to identify what these are, but usually if you only reinstall what you know, you'd naturally skip them, I guess!
