I faced the same problem. Were you charging the phone while running the update? do a hard reset & format. do a sync first. Then you would not get the problem. When you sync, you might get the log saying it ended with errors. It would be PmTraceDatabase. For that get Filez6.8.1 or 6.8.3. Install it. Run filez. Open/tab on "view and edit files" then click on internal & search for PmTraceDatabase. Click open this, in attributes uncheck backup option.
