Tom: I personally don't use the conduit but some questions (hopefully some of the other Outlook users could chime in...) Are you using the Palm conduit or a 3rd party conduit to Outlook s all of Outlook not syncing or just parts (contacts, tasks,...) have you setup the configuration correctly in the custom dialog box (right mouse click on the hot sync icon in the right hand corner of your screen- the system tray)
