We seem to have a problem with Wireless sync, but we're not sure of
the fix. The Verizon people have not been helpful. I did a search,
and there are references in here (by a Don Ferguson) about a similar,
almost opposite problem.

Originally I thought it was a Daylight Savings problem, but it
appears to relate to people traveling.

Recurring appointments, but not individual appointments, are altered
by 1 hour. Whenever this happens, both Outlook and the Treo show
Eastern time zone. Single instance events are not affected. If the
recurring appointment is fixed on Outlook and synced, the Treo shows
the incorrect time. If it's set back, Outlook shows the correct
time. There is no difference between making the change on the
computer and making the change on the Treo. They remain an hour (or
more) apart.

Recently, one of the staff with a Treo traveled to California. His
recurring appointments are showing the same offset, but 3 hours. So,
clearly, there is a correlation between travel and the offset.

Does anyone have a solution to this?

Thank you,
