It seems that those two files are hit/miss with backing up. I can go months without them causing problems and then whammo! But it never causes a reset, just gives me an error message that my database is corrupt (which it's not). I also have to re-pair my BT devices even after restoring - and I never get an error message that they're not restored on my Centro (I used to on my 700).
