there are lots of solutions via 3rd party, but for eg. When you are using chatter and takephone, chatter would look for emails in the default database only. Take phone can make addition fields as call fields only. Like this there are many limitations. Palm would have thrown competition if they would have empowered their device with lots of small options. Has anyone any idea as why were these limitations incorporated?
