Although I find Sprint's customer service to be difficult, I usually find CS to be a nuisance.
On the other hand, I recently learned that if you have a Sprint Business Account, you automatically go to Tier 2 technical support. This allowed me to solve a problem my ex-wife was having with text messages that were coming from AOL, as they were blocked, in under 5 minutes. (My ex had spent 1 hour earlier in the day with level 1 support getting nowhere...ie. please take the battery out, it must be a problem with something other than Sprint or your phone, call AOL, etc.) After that, I shared Treo secrets with the techie for another 20 minutes. I think he was happy for some of the software insights I was able to give him, which were mostly with thanks to this group. --- In [email protected], Art Alexion <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > On Monday 18 February 2008 12:14:22 Sam Cayze wrote: > > not sure about Sprint⦠> > Sprint's poor business support is reported to be the reason they are > experiencing such financial problems lately.
