HI, I have been having problems with my Plantronics 320 headset and my Treo 700p. It only works intermittently. When I dial a number, press the button, I hear a tone in the earpiece but nothing else. The display still show the speakerphone icon.
I have contacted Verizon often, and updated with the latest firmware. Any suggestions? Lou
