Card Info reports 967.4 Mb free out of 3592.5 Mb. I can see how DTG would incorrectly assume not having enough space if you're using close to 4Gb from a 6Gb or 8Gb card, but why does the problem should arise as soon as you have over 2Gb occupied? In fact, I just did a HotSync, and... DTG now shows 968.28 Mb for the memory card in its sync window. In seems that, at least for me, I would only have problems if the amount of used Gb was awfully close to 4. Something that can be solved by putting a few more files in the SD card, should it happen. It's that between 2-4GB point that DTG thinks it's full.
