I don't think there is from *within* the app itself. However, I'm 98% confident that you should also be able to delete any Pocket Express file with "cache" in the name and not hurt anything -- you'll just lose what you've previously downloaded (not a big deal, especially for news). > As an alternative, is it safe to just delete the "Sports" file and > continue using the program?
