Starting yesterday, I'm having problems synching my Treo 680 to my XP Pro SP2 computer. I have made no changes to anything relevant I can think of.
The first sync attempt will simply go away while Pocket Mirror is active, I believe while synching my Contacts. There is no actual crash, the displays for PM and Hotsync on my desktop will simply go away, accompanied by my Windows system sound for a program closing (not the sound for a program crash). If I hover the cursor over the Hotsync icon in my system tray, the icon goes away. The Treo will stay on "Synching contacts". I can tap the "cancel" button on the Treo and after a few minutes of "Canceling hotsync", it will exit and return the launcher. At that point, I can restart Hotsync on the desktop and successfully sync my Treo.
